That poor kid. I am not a huge fan of her parents, but I will say they have great fashion sense. But they put their KID in socks and sandals? I HATE socks and sandals. Sooooo tacky. PS: It is winter. In NY. Not the deserts of Africa. Try boots or sneakers, they come in all sorts of colors and sizes.
