always a winner

It is with great sadness that I report the passing of Peter Boyle, aka Frank Barone from "Everybody Loves Raymond." He was always my favorite part of the show and the main reason I watched. He also made a fabulous Frankenstein in Mel Brooks' "Young Frankenstein."

I'll end by leaving one of my favorite quotes of his from "Raymond" (the delivery was superb):

Marie: I have my own opinions. I'm not just some trophy wife.

Frank: Trophy wife? What contest in hell did I win?
