What the hell has this 7th Heaven "star" done this year, other than Justin Timberlake????
Jessica Biel was in The Illusionist with Edward Norton this year. I didn't see it myself, but I've heard that her performance was quite good.
Still, I think she missed the mark with this outfit, and that hair!
