I'm still not sure what she was trying to be, but my question is - should we just assume that what she is wearing in the picture below was NOT a costume?

Now isn't it funny that her breakout movie, "Mean Girls" made fun of girls who just use halloween as an excuse to be trampy, and here she is doing the very same thing?! Bitch coulda added some devil hornes or fake blood to try...just a little bit. WOULD IT HURT YOU TO PUT FORTH SOME EFFORT!?!?!
